Customer Facilities
When you drop your vehicle into KAAR for repair or servicing, we do everything in our power to return it to you as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we do have some facilities that help make the time without your car a little more bearable:
- we have a comfortable client waiting area, and there are several cafés within walking distance – please ask at reception for details
- KAAR Henderson – there are parks & shopping close by, including: The Warehouse, Noel Lemming, Warehouse Stationery, Mega Mitre 10, PAK’nSAVE, Countdown, KFC etc. We’re happy to drop you off at these shopping centres and pick you up when your vehicle service is complete.
- KAAR Avondale – There are parks and several quality café’s close by. Max, Ambler, Cambridge factory stores, Marine Deals, First Scene Costume and Party hire.
- Free Wifi ask instore for our guest password.
- Free Loan cars & Vans.

Loan Vehicles
You are able to book a loan car or people-mover or, for tradespeople, a van or utility. Loan vehicles may incur a small charge to cover the cost of insurance. Please mention your need for a loan vehicle at the time you book in for your car repair or service.
